This review is for JJK Contracting's communication given I did not proceed with the project for personal reasons. Folks here are great, I called for an onsite visit and Oniell was able to stop by within 2 days and provided a very detailed quote on the project. The thoroughness was much appreciated as it gives both sides full transparency. The fact that JJK carries insurance is a plus given most smaller size contractors may not have it.
Arrived on time everyday, said it'd be two days and it was. For both jobs. Integrity, respectful, friendly. Went the extra mile.
I worked with Oneil on a full bathroom renovation and would highly recommend his team. Oneil communicated quickly and clearly over email and text, showed up early or on time for all appointments regarding estimates or job details and was transparent and flexible about process and pricing. Oneil and his team also thoroughly observed all of the construction guidelines in my co-op building. We'll be calling him for additional work!
Had my bathroom fully renovated with some additional tile work in the kitchen, and painting. We were given a quote quickly after the initial walkthrough and work was completed in just a few weeks! Kennedy and his team complied with all the building's rules and really did some great, neat work. Communication was clear the entire time and he made sure to ask all the right questions. Definitely recommend this company for all kinds of renovations.
