This review is for JJK Contracting's communication given I did not proceed with the project for personal reasons. Folks here are great, I called for an onsite visit and Oniell was able to stop by within 2 days and provided a very detailed quote on the project. The thoroughness was much appreciated as it gives both sides full transparency. The fact that JJK carries insurance is a plus given most smaller size contractors may not have it.

Kennedy and his team complied with all the building's rules and really did some great, neat work. Communication was clear the entire time and he made sure to ask all the right questions.
