Worked with Kennedy and his team over a few months in Summer 2021 for a full renovation of a two bedroom apartment in the Bronx, including repainting of walls, ceiling and trim, new kitchen tiling, cabinets, and appliances, new bathroom tiling, tub, shower system, and vanity, and redone wood flooring. It was an incredibly run down apartment when we first purchased it and Kennedy and his team did a great job turning it into a place we are excited to live in. Kennedy is super responsive and, though we had some major hiccups along the way, all of it was handled professionally despite a difficult building management situation. On top of all this, Kennedy had the most reasonable quote of the five or six we spoke with. I’d highly recommend Kennedy and JJK Contracting for any work you need done.
